Lords of Rock to perform on Mar 17

Lords of Rock (LOR) has set its debut concert at The Garden, Supermarket Area, Dimapur on March 17, 6 p.m. onwards and entry to the concert is free.
The band is speculated to cover some of the most prominent classic rock songs including songs by Guns N’ Roses, Bon Jovi, Mr. Big, Metallica, Skid Row, Extreme and more.
The band has invited all the music lovers to be part of the open air concert which will probably be the first for year 2017.

All Nagaland Private Schools’ Association, Dimapur Unit held an Inter School Choral Festival on October 14, at Little Star Hr. Sec. School Sports Complex, United North Block ‘B’ Dimapur.
The Organising Committee of the Festival were, Nini Sekhose, Chairman, Little Star Hr. Sec., School, Dimapur, Convenor,. Benisha Keppen, Administrator, Rincho Academy, Member, Kethovinuo, Headmistress Riverine Public School, Member, Sister Benny, Principal, Assissi Hr. Sec. School, Member and Sister Chantal, Principal, St. Clare Hr. Sec. School, Member.
The Judges for the festival were : Tiakumzuk Imchen, Academic Coordinator, Nagaland Conservatory of Music, Kehodi Yoho, Member, Coloured Keys  Abotoli Chishi, former member Nagaland Chamber Choir, Keneileo Neikha, Cantadil Music Centre.
Altogether 16 schools participated in the Festival. The first prize was won by St. John’s Hr. Secondary School choir, 2nd Prize went Pilgrim Hr. Sec School, 3rd prize went to El Shaddai Academy and the consolation pri
