Union minister for tribal affairs Jual Oram Thursday informed that Centre has earmarked Rs 22.6 crore for taking up welfare and developmental programmes for tribals in Manipur during the current fiscal year, 2016-17.

The remaining districts will be covered by ministers during celebration of three years completion of the NDA government which would commence from May 26 and last till January 26 of 2018.
