Inter district & state open badminton championship concludes

The 36th inter district and state open badminton tournament which got underway at the multi-purpose indoor stadium, DC Court Dimapur on July 17 concluded on July 20.
Men’s team championship was bagged by Nagaland Police, while Dimapur district was declared the runners-up.
The women’s team championship was bagged by Nagaland Police, and Dimapur district the runners-up. Dimapur district won the junior boy’s championship and junior girls championship title while Mokokchung, and Mon were adjudged the runners-up respectively.
