Kohima Komets, Sonshang FC, FC Phesachadu and 4th NAP Bn Youth FC today registered win on  day three of the ongoing 18th Classic Cup 2012 on Monday at Khuchiezie (Kohima local ground).

Kohima Komets nailed Natsumi village sports association by record 5:0 in the first match which was played at 11am. Vikuzo of Kohima Komets netted the first goal in the first 10 minutes after the match kicked off.

Kivi Sumi scored the 2nd, 4th and 5th goal in the 16th, 64th and 67th minute respectively to register the fourth Hatrick of the tournament so far while Jetlee of Kohima Komets scored the 3rd goal in the 25th minute.

Akato of Natsumi village Sports Association and Kornam of the Kohima Komets were awarded Yellow Cards for unsporting behaviour.

In the second match, Addax Club and Sonshang FC were locked in a 3:3 draw during the allocated time and the match had to be decided through a tie-breaker whereby Sonshang FC drubbed its rival 7:6 to win the match.

Among from Soshang FC scored the first goal in the 13th minute. However, Keviphretuo Kire of Addax Club scored the equalizer goal in the 25th minute.

The third goal of the match went through the boots of Pete of Soshang FC and the fourth goal by Petekhrilie in the 52nd minute. The fifth and sixth goals were scored by Pete of the Soshang FC in the 57 minute and Keviphretuo of Addax Club in the 62nd minute to end the match in 3:3 draw.     

During the match, Petekhrielie Sachii of Addax Club and Mhalevilie both from Addax Club were awarded Yellow Cards for unsporting behaviour.

In the third match, FC Phesachadu drubbed Pughoboto XI 2:1 to register their win.
Bovika of Pughoboto XI registered the first goal in the 28th minute of the match; however, Muleto of FC Phesachadu found the equalizer in the 36th minute and the winning goal by Neikhoto Curah in the 56th minute after the lemon break.

In the fourth match, 4th NAP Bn Youth FC outsmarted its rival Ideal Sporting Club 2:0 in a competitive match. Samuel from 4th NAP Bn Youth FC scored the first goal through a direct shot from outside the D-Box in the 16th minute to lead the match.

David Metha scored the second goal in the 22nd minute taking 4th NAP Bn Youth FC a comfortable lead which ultimately resulted in the team winning the match.

Neivisalei Krose of Ideal Sporting Club was awarded Yellow Card for unsporting behaviour.
