A 17-member Nagaland badminton team left for Sikkim on August 30 to take part in the ‘North East Inter-State & Open Badminton Championship’ to be held in Sikkim from September 2-5.
The team will be reaching Sikkim on August 31.
The team is led by coach Imnayanger and Imtisungit and team manger Hokugha, who is the general secretary of Dimapur District Badminton Association.

Women’s- Bendangnaro, Imlirenla, Uma Tamang, Prathana

Junior girls: Deepika Kaushik, Meilen Yanlemth, Shekhotolu, Kusivelu
