NE Highway Star Hunt 2012 presented by Highway Star entertainment in collaboration with School of music and Art, Purana Bazaar Dimapur organized season-2 promotional concert Friday at IMC Hall with Khrienuo C. Metha (Team Leader) Nagaland Bamboo Development Agency as the chief guest.

Khrienuo in her speech said the northeast people were blessed.
She further went on to add that one can express one’s feelings/emotions through music and asked music lovers to give their best measure and expose their talent through music.

She also said not only by composing or writing the song but through cover songs one can make a living by citing an example of the Mizo’s who have growing through leaps and bounds in the field of music.

“Not only in the field of music but many NE youth through sheer hard work were able to come to the mainland as of NE women in the field of beauty pageant. NE people speak fluent English and are successful businessmen” added Khrienuo.
She asked the audience to speak the language through music and make the event a reality.

Earlier event was chaired by Tsalila Sangtam, where Alobo Naga and Roni Odyuo entertained the audience with their performance.

Mhayamo, Proprietor School of music and Arts, Aben Lotha and Kasheto, Kids for Fame, managing director were also present.
