Observing that there was still shortage of domestic LPG and that it was not reaching genuine customers, the NSCN (I-M) today “once again” informed all gas agencies to issue LPG cylinders only to card holders. In a “public notification”, the NSCN (I-M) UT-I, CAO Lhoubituo Angami further sought cooperation and support of the DMC advisory board, town council, ad hoc town committee and the public on the issue. “Failing to comply with the order, defaulters will be strictly penalized as notified earlier,” NSCN (I-M)’s UT-I CAO said.
