HONEYCOMB MOULD

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
15gram gelatine
500ml milk
30gm sugar
Few drops vanilla essence
80ml Water
Method:
1. Prepare custard with the yolk of eggs, sugar, and milk.
2. Add gelatine dissolved in warm water. Allow to cool and add the flavourings.
3. Beat egg whites very stiffly and fold into the custard.
4. Keep the bowl over ice or in cold water and stir occasionally.
5. When on the point of setting, pour into mould and leave to set in refrigerator. Serve cold.
