INGREDIENTS
750 gm pork
2 medium green capsicum
1 large carrot
2 Medium onions
2 medium tomatoes
3-4 cloves garlic
Thumb size Ginger
5-6 Green chillis
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Clean and wash the meat . Boil it with a little salt in a pressure cooker till almost cooked. Slice the meat into medium pieces.
2. Chop the garlic and ginger and slice the green chili and keep aside.
3. Quarter the onions and tomatoes, slice the carrot and cut the capsicum into big chunks.
4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Add the onions and fry a bit. Then add the ginger and garlic fry till aromatic.
5. Add the carrot, tomatoes and capsicum, fry for few minutes.
6. Now add the meat, green chilies and soy sauce. Give it a good mix and fry for a few minutes.
7. Check for seasoning, remove and serve hot.
