CHILI GARLIC PRAWNS

INGREDIENTS
250gm prawns (shelled and ready to use) 
1 large onion
1 tomato
5 cloves garlic
Small piece ginger
5-6 green chilies
1tsp corn flour
1tbsp soy sauce
Oil to fry
Method
I. Chop onion, garlic, chili, ginger and tomato.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the prawns for few minutes or till it turns pink.
3. Remove and set aside. In the same pan add 1tbsp of oil and fry onion, garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add tomato and fry again. Add the prawns and stir.
5. Add soy sauce and diluted corn flour. Add ½ cup of water.
6. Let it simmer and remove from heat. Sprinkle chili flakes before serving.
