INGREDIENTS
200ml fresh cream
100 gm Sugar 
10gm gelatine
2 passion fruit
Few drops vanilla essence
Method:
1. Take cream and sugar in a bowl a mix well. Add the vanilla essence.
2. Soak gelatine in 4tbp cold water. Dissolve the gelatine in double boiler stirring continuously. 
3. Add the gelatine in the cream mixture and mix well.
4. Once the gelatine gets properly mix pour over the dessert bowl and set in refrigerator.
5. Serve chill with fresh passion fruit.
