INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken 
15gm refine flour
2 eggs
100gm bread crumb
2 nos corn on the cob 
50gm bacon
50gm butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Cut chicken and season with salt and pepper. Roll first in flour and then in egg and bread crumb.
2. Fry in hot butter on both sides till brown.
3. Remove rind of bacon and fry till crisp.
4. Grill the corn, apply butter and cut into two or three pieces.
5. Serve the chicken along with the corn and bacon. Serve sauté vegetables on the side.
