LAMB KORMA

INGREDIENTS
1kg lamb 
4 medium size onions 
2 tomatoes
1 ½ inch ginger 
6-7 cloves garlic 
4-6 green chilis 
3 green 
2 inch cinnamon stick                             
½ tsp coriander powder                      
½ turmeric powder                           
½ tsp cumin powder                                
1 ½ tsp red chilli powder                        
2 pieces mace                                                 
A pinch nutmeg powder                           
100ml curd                                                  
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method 
1. Slice the onion, make a paste of ginger, garlic and cut the chili into two.
2. Heat oil in a pot, fry the onion till brown.
3. Add cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon stick. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for some time. 
4. Add coriander powder and rest of the spices. Add the lamb and stir fry in high heat.
5. Add curd and keep on stirring it, add the chopped tomato, water and salt to taste.
6. Cook the lamb until done. Serve with rice or chapatti.
