STRAWBERRY MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS
100 ml whip cream
100ml amul cream
50 ml strawberry crush
½ tsp gelatine 
4 fresh strawberries 
4 mint sprig
Directions:
1. Whip the cream in a container until thick. Add amul cream and mix together.
2. Melt the gelatine in a pan using double boiler method.
3. Add the strawberry crush to the cream mixture. Beat well to incorporate the crush.
4. Add the gelatine and stir to mix. Dish out in dessert bowl and refrigerate until firm.
5. Serve chilled. Garnish with fresh strawberry/ mint leaf.
