500gm beef (boneless)
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
3-4 red chillies
5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
¼ tsp sugar
8-10 thai basil leaves
2tbsp refined oil
Salt to taste
1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain and mixed with 2 teaspoons corn flour.
2. Slice the onion and bell pepper. Chop the garlic and chilli.
3. Heat pan over high heat, and add the oil. Sear the beef until just browned, remove from the wok, and set aside.
4. Add the garlic, onion and red pepper to the pan and stir-fry for about a minute.
5. Toss the beef back in and add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. 
6. Stir-fry for few minutes and add Thai basil until just wilted. 
7. Check for seasoning. Serve with steamed rice.
