NPF Dimapur division has fully endorsed the statement issued by its MLAs, Azheto Zhimomi and Moatoshi Longkumer in regard to sanction of Grant-in-Aid (GiA) of Rs. 96 crores which was supposed to be implemented in all 74 RD blocks of the state.

In a press release, NPF Dimapur division president, Er. Rhonthungo M Ovung and general secretary, Itokhu Chophi has charged the departmental officers of shifting blame, citing lack of documents and blaming the VDBs for not submitting proposals on time which, it said, was a delay tactic for reasons best known to them.
It strongly urged the PDA government to immediately release the fund to all beneficiaries as per the central ministry guidelines.
