1 liter milk

250gm black sticky rice 

½ cup coconut cream

½ cup sugar

½ cup cashew nut 

½ tsp cardamom powder


1. Mix 2 cups of water and 2 cups of milk and boil. 

2. Add rice and cook well, add the remaining milk, coconut cream and sugar. 

3. When it thickens, add cashew nuts and stir continuously till it become thick. 

4. Add cardamom powder mixed in milk. Serve either hot or cold.
