STIR FRY PORK BELLY

 INGREDIENTS

500 grams of pork belly 

3 spring onion

5-6 green chilli

2 red chilli

Thumb size ginger 

1tbsp fermented soya bean paste

1tbsp Chinese cooking wine

1 tbsp light soya sauce

1tbsp refined oil

Salt to taste

Method
1. Cook the pork belly in water. Set aside and let it cool down. Slice the pork belly thinly.
2. Slice the chilli, ginger and spring onion. Separate the spring onion into white and green portion.
3. Heat the oil in a pan. Add ginger and pork slices. Fry under medium heat until golden brown. 
4. Add the red chilli, fermented soya bean paste. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes. 
5. Add green chilli and spring onion (white portion). Cook for some time.
6. Add the remaining spring onion, cooking wine, light soya sauce. 
7. Check for seasoning and serve with steamed rice.
