One person died on the spot near Clock Tower Junction, Dimapur on Wednesday evening, when the bike in which he was riding, collided with an army truck (recovery van). According to traffic police, the truck was travelling towards Khermahal side at the time of the incident. The victim was rushed to a nearby private hospital but was declared brought dead. Police were yet to ascertain the cause of the accident as investigation was ongoing.
