NSCN (R) condemns: MIP NSCN (R) has vehemently condemned that cold blooded murder of its chaplain cum razou peyu ‘capt.’ (retd) Mannyei Konyak by NSCN (K).
In a press note, MIP said that the Mannyei was killed by “Khaplang group, a terrorist organization who have rejected peace and continue to persuade terrorist activities.”
MIP said Mannyei was dragged out from his residence in the presence of his wife, parents and siblings. It said NSCN (K) “has no vision and future politics other than engaging in anti peace and anti people business”. Stating that NSCN(R) never tried to attack/kill any of Khaplang followers, MIP however said that fratricidal killing was started by Khaplang group who had no concern for Nagas and its genuine cause.
