12-hour chakka bandh, clarifies Aqahuto area CSOs

Aqahuto Area civil society organizations have clarified that the proposed first phase of the ‘chakka bandh’ on February 22 will be imposed for 12 hours (from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and not an indefinite bandh as stated earlier. 

AAGBU president, Kakiho Achumi said that the administration, police, paramilitary and emergency services are exempted from the purview of the bandh.
