18 fresh Covid cases in Mnp; total cases rise to 189

With 18 more fresh cases reported on Wednesday, Covid-19 cases continued to rise in Manipur where the cumulative active cases rose to 189, Health department officials said.
State Health department officials said that 59 samples were tested on Wednesday and 18 samples were found positive for Covid-19.
Of the total positive cases, 131 were reported in Imphal West district, 43 in Imphal East district, seven in Thoubal district, four in Bishnupur, two in Tengnoupal and one each in Kakching and Chandel district.
