1st team RD sprint and autocross held at Vihokhu

The first Team RD sprint & Autocross was held on February 23 and 24 at Vihokhu village under Niuland district.
A total cash price amount of Rs. 3,20,000 was slated for the event. Altogether, 45 participants took part in the event.
Cash awards for different categories are: Open Category – 1st – Rs. 60,000, 2nd – Rs. 40,000, 3rd – Rs. 20,000. Below1300cc category: 1st – Rs. 40,000, 2nd – Rs. 30,000, 3rd – Rs. 20,000. Suv category: 1st – Rs. 30,000, 2nd – Rs. 20,000, 3rd – Rs. 15,000. Rookie category: 1st – Rs. 20,000, 2nd – Rs. 15,000, 3rd – Rs. 10,000.

Rookie Category: Winner – Banisham Sohtun (Meghalaya), 1st runner-up – Akolie (Nagaland), 2nd runner-up – Maputoshi (Team Spearhead Nagaland).
Below 1300CC: Winner – David Rhakho (Team RD Nagaland), 1st runner-up – Chumdemo Shitio (Team Spearhead Nagaland), 2nd runner-up – JAKI TRANG (Team RBMSC Meghalaya).
Open category: Winner – Kamlesh Das (Team MSAM Meghalaya), 1st runner-up – Alem I Jamir (Team AMAM Nagaland), 2nd runner-up – Chumdemo Shitio (Team Spearhead Nagaland).
SUV category: Winner – Andy Mawrie (Meghalaya), 1st runner-up – Ana Solo (Team KAMC Nagaland), 2nd runner-up – Among Jamir (Team Spearhead Nagaland).
Most Promising Driver – in memory of Lt. Neiphre-O Dzuvichu was awarded to Bijo Awomi.
Fastest time – in memory of Lt. Wati Ao was awarded to Kamlesh Das.
