2 killed in road mishaps

Two persons were killed in a separate road accidents on various occasion in and around Dimapur, police said Tuesday. On Tuesday, a driver of an auto rickshaw identified as Dilip Mandal died on the spot when his autorickshaw and  tata sumo collided near 7th mile area, NH-29. 
In another hit and run case, a pedestrian succumbed to his injuries at after he was ran over a vehicle near NH 29 near Chekiye village at around 8 pm on June 30. The victim has been identified as Lithungo Lotha of Yikhum village, Wokha and a resident of Rainbow colony, Burma Camp, Dimapur.
