Two more railway staff, of the parcel section, tested positive for COVID-19 here on Thursday, taking the total number of railway employees affected with the virus to four now.
All the four COVID-19 patients have been shifted to Circuit House here, which has been converted into a COVID Care Centre (CCC).
Railway colony council members informed Nagaland Post that swabs were collected from six persons of the railway colony, of which two came out positive through TrueNat machine.
And following the detection of the two more cases from the area, the railway colony adjacent to the rail station has been barricaded and restrictions have been imposed on movement of people and vehicles, the council members stated.
The COVID patients had reportedly visited a railway doctor after they showed symptoms.
