Former State chaplain Rev. Lurho passes away
Former State Chaplain Rev. K. Luruo passed away on January 24, at CIHSR, Chümoukedima, after a prolonged illness. In a condolence message, chief minister Neiphiu Rio said, Rev. Luruo, a loyal servant of God, held various significant positions, including Education Secretary of Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) and executive secretary of Chakhesang Baptist Church Council (CBCC). He was known for his unwavering commitment to his ministry and his efforts to promote unity and brotherhood among the Naga communities, Rio said. HE said Rev. Luruo was a passionate and dedicated individual who advocated unity and brotherhood among the Naga communities.
