YTC appeals against Indo-Myanmar
The Yimkhiung Tribal Council (YTC) has urged Nagaland Governor to intervene in the Government of India’s decision to scrap the Free Movement Regime (FMR) and fence the Indo-Myanmar border, calling it an “inhuman act” that disregards the rights of the Yimkhiung people irrespective of artificial boundaries.

Paiwang directs shutting down of pharmacies without registration, unqualified pharmacists
Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) minister P Paiwang Konyak has directed the Drug Control to immediately shut down all pharmacies found operating without registration, licence or operated by unqualified pharmacists during the state-wide tour in November last year.
