The members of State Level Committee (SLC) at its 4th meeting, examined in detail the intrinsic factors determining the landscape of Technical Education in the state. A DIPR report informed that the meeting was held on January 30, 2025 at the Conference Hall of the directorate of Technical Education, Kohima.

Mount Mary College (MMC) conducted a nature camp from January 31 to February 2, for students and teachers of 2nd Semester of Social Science Pedagogy, at Gwizan Resource Centre, Khonoma village.

Assam Rifles along with civilians of Wonthoi village conducted a plantation drive at Wonthoi village, Noklak district on February 3, 2025. As part of the drive, a total of 50 saplings were planted by participants. The initiative was aimed to raise awareness among the civilians about the importance of preserving the environment and protecting planet Earth.

On the observation of World Wetlands Day, Kohima Science College (KSC), Jotsoma launched Green Initiative Campaign, focusing on promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility at a special program held on February 1, at the college campus.

The School Leadership Academy (SLA), SCERT Nagaland was presented with certificate of Excellence for second consecutive years for its commendable work in School Leadership Development during the three-day National Review & Planning workshop held at India Habitat, New Delhi, organized by NCSL, NIEPA, New Delhi, from January 29 to 31.
