The 2nd edition Chakhesang Veteran Badminton tournament -cum- selection for Inter- District Nagaland Veteran Badminton Tournament 2025 took place today at Multi-Purpose Stadium, NLA Kohima.
78 players joined the tournament , which was organized by Kohima Chakhesang Veteran Badminton Committee in collaboration with Phek District Badminton Association and Department of Social Welfare, Nagaland. Earlier, Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO) president Vezuhu Keyho declared the tournament open.
Introductory note was given by Vechiso, Treasurer, Kohima Chakhesang Veteran Badminton Committee while Rev. Dr. Kevekhalo Lasuh, senior pastor Chakhesang Baptist Church Kohima invoked God’s blessings. The prize distribution ceremony was led by Kelhikha Kenye.
