A carnival 2023 organised by Imkonglenden Colony Council (ICC) and Imkonglenden Youth Organisation (IYO) was opened on December 28 which will continue till December 30 at GPS Campus Imkonglenden Colony. The carnival was declared opened by Lanuchuba Imchen as the special guest. The carnival is being held in aid of Imkonglenden colony silver jubilee celebration in 2025. Earlier in the programme, the welcome address was delivered by the colony chairman S Alem Longkumer.
