State Health department has informed that a total of 32,295 doses of the Covishield vaccine have been administered across the state for healthcare and frontline workers till date. State immunization officer (UIP) Dr. Ritu Thurr, said 9,586 healthcare workers were vaccinated with a coverage of 45 % and 17,568 frontline workers received the vaccine with a coverage of 34%, adding that no major adverse events needing medical intervention was reported till date.
