32 Assam Rifles along with police representative launched an operation in general area Signal Basti, Dimapur on September 11 and apprehend one with arms and ammunition.
According to PRO, HQ IGAR (North), during the search, troops of Assam Rifles apprehended Puloka Achumi (37) resident of Signal basti, Dimapur along with one point 32 mm pistol (Made in Germany), magazine and 480 SP capsules.
PRO said the apprehendee along with the recovered items had been handed over to urban Police Station, Dimapur for further investigation.
