To ensure the smooth commencement of work on the 4-lane road project, Deputy Commissioner of Chümoukedima, Abhinav Shivam, has issued a notice to all concerned landowners and other government/non-governmental agencies whose lands, properties, and plantations have been acquired under Section 9(2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition and Acquisition Act 1965, to vacate or remove buildings, plantations, fisheries, and any other standing structures on the compensated area within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of issue of this notice.
DC emphasized strict compliance by all concerned entities and urged them to extend full cooperation to the executing team for the smooth implementation of the 4-lane NH 29 Dimapur-Kohima project.
