Four cadres of Naga National Council (Non-Accordist) surrendered with a weapon to Assam Rifles at Wakching, Mon district. According to PRO defence, the cadres were highly active in the area since 2019. They surrendered with one 9mm pistol, PRO said. PRO further said that Assam Rifles had established a strong bond with the cadres for the last few months inspiring them to join the mainstream.
