4th Nagaland Drums festival to be held on Oct 25

The 4th Nagaland Drums Festival, presented by Vivezza Music Studio, will take place on October 25 at Town Hall, Dimapur. An Internationally acclaimed drummer Nishant Hagjer, will be the headliner of the Festival
In a press release from the office the Nagaland drum festival stated that the festival will be held in two sessions.
The first session, from 1 to 4 p.m., will take place at the Town Hall front yard, inviting drummers and percussion enthusiasts of all skill levels to participate free of cost.
The second part will feature a drum competition followed by an evening concert showcasing artists including Nikivi Nathan and Chishi, Changkhanthaipou Kamei, Shubham Bhardwaj (founder of Ryet Cymbals, Jamshedpur), Tenny Copper Kharshiing (Shillong), Tanmoy Dutta, and Snare Affairs from Guwahati.
Director of the Nagaland Drums Festival, Lopeno Ovung Queah, has invited all drum and percussion enthusiasts, as well as drummers of all skill levels, to come together, join the drum circle, and promote community drumming in Nagaland.
All drum-related activities in the first part of the event will be free of charge, while a registration fee will be applicable for the second session.
