64th YSU conference underway

Various competitions and events were conducted at the 64th Yachem Students’ Union (YSU) which commenced on December 19.
According to YSU media cell, speaking on the topic “reimagining the future” Asst. Professor, Nagaland Baptist College, Dimapur. Dr. Chingmei Phonglung Avennoho stressed on importance of not just dwelling on the future but also to reexamine the past and present scenario.
She also encouraged the younger generation to have purpose in life as life without passion and vision was futile.
On December 20 and 21, sports event was held where competition on volleyball, futsal, banana eating competition and traditional games were conducted.
