6th NAP personnel suspended for DUI mishap

Nagaland Police has placed lance naik Khrishna Pradhan Sreestha of the 6th NAP Battalion under suspension with effect from November 14.
In a press release, PRO and deputy commandant of 6th NAP stated that Sreestha was involved in a vehicular accident at Dergaon, Assam on November 13, reportedly under the influence of alcohol.
PRO asserted that Nagaland Police “does not and will not tolerate any indiscipline among its personnel.”
