Further, the MLAs said that it was their “joint decision to go to the media” and declare that seven out of eight Independent MLAs have been together with T.R. Zeliang’s leadership under DAN-III. The MLAs stated that they “shall continue to be with him inside and outside the House and jointly work with him and support his leadership for the welfare of the people and all round development of the state of Nagaland”.
