8th Poshan Maah ends in Longleng

DIMAPUR

The 8th Poshan Maah 2025 concluded in Longleng district with participation from Anganwadi centres across various villages. The culmination event, held on October 16, highlighted the collective efforts made towards improving nutritional awareness and community engagement.
Addressing the gathering, CDPO Longleng, Anuo Longho emphasized the importance of the Poshan Abhiyaan initiative and urged Anganwadi Workers to remain committed and diligent in their daily responsibilities for the welfare of the people.
Anganwadi Worker M. C. Shaomei Phom shared her personal experiences and challenges in serving the community, offering insights into the grassroots impact of the program. A review of the month-long activities was presented by district coordinator of Poshan Abhiyaan, S. Longhong. In recognition of outstanding service, senior supervisor, T. Shanyu Phom, distributed awards to the best performing Anganwadi Workers.
