Kohima police personnel manning the Phesama check gate while conducting routine checking and frisking of vehicles on September 2 intercepted one Maruti Alto (NL05C-0611) and recovered 110 Kgs of contraband ganja neatly packed in ten packets.
According to SDPO (South) and PRO, Kohima police, Atu Zumvü, two persons identified as Dhan Bahadur from Senapati, Manipur, and Elizabeth Karila from Mao were arrested and a regular case has been registered against them at Kohima South Police station.
