MZS, Kushiabill conducts teacher’s orientation

One day teacher’s orientation programme was conducted at Mount Zion School, (MZS) Khusiabill, Dimapur on March 12 with the theme “be a better teacher & quote” with assistant professor and HoD of English, Mount Tiyi College Wokha, Khyopenthung Tsopoe. 
In the first session of the programme, resource person shared on various teaching techniques, understanding the psychology of the students, use of visual aids, on developing positive attitude and tips on becoming a teacher with a difference.
In the second session, each of the teachers demonstrated their classroom teaching methods and constructive feedbacks and comments were given by the resource person and the other participants.
Earlier, the programme was chaired by headmaster, Chumjamo Ezung, while short speeches were delivered by administrator, Mt. Zion School, E. Lotha and VAS, Wokha, Dr. Mhonlumi K. Tsopoe. Headmaster remarked that such an orientation programme for teachers was conducted for the first time in the school and faculty had highly benefitted.
