Chizami and Changtongya both held coordination meetings on March 28.
Chizami: The coordination meeting with all the head of offices under Chizami Sub-Division was convened by Kezhienyi Khalo, MLA.
A DIPR report stated that in his address, Khalo encouraged officers to work wholeheartedly to uplift society. He also warned that action would be initiated against any irregular and negligent officer.
The meeting was presided by SDO (C), Chizami, Renbomo.
Changtongya: Changtongya sub-divisional departmental coordination meeting was held at the office chambers of SDO (C)’s Office.
A report by DIPR stated that chairman SDO (C), Changtongya, Chumlamo Humtsoe, welcomed the new members and encouraged all to be responsible in serving the public to the fullest of their abilities.
Reviewing the last meeting minutes, Humtsoe reminded members to document their respective office boundaries and submit it to the SDO (C)’s office.
The meeting discussed the construction of waiting shed inside the treasury office; repairing and maintenance of the roads at the town; the house thoroughly deliberated the matter regarding the attached doctor at Community Health Centre, Changtongya to be recalled and decided to forward the matter to the concerned MLA for necessary action; installation of solar light, in the town — the house decided to write to the concerned department (New & Renewable Energy); the house decided to open a Bank Account of the SDDCF Welfare Fund at NSCB Ltd and the house also decided to host the SDDCF football tournament by the year end.
The following members were selected for the fund raising committee: convener- RC Chiten Memorial Government High School, Temsuwapang and JE PWD (R&B), Er. Wapong, OC Thana, Sietuo Kiri and APRO, Meyisusu Jamir as members.
The new members namely, OC Thana, Sietuo Kiri , I/C SIB, Vch Roa Karamsetti, and SDO (Power), Er. Imkong Wati were welcomed by the chairman in the meeting.
