The fourth quarter review meeting of District Health Society (DHS), Mokokchung was held at IDSP Hall, IMDH Mokokchung on March 29, chaired by Dr. S. S. Akaba Longchar CMO Mokokchung.
A press release from DPMU Mokokchung stated that the meeting dwelt on various issues wherein, the CMO urged SMOs and MOs to keep strict vigil in their respective jurisdictions for health workers who had installed proxy workers in their stead. He asked them to report such proxy workers for necessary action. He also directed Asha co-ordinators to inform all the Ashas of the district to improve the ANC registration during the first trimester.
The CMO also thanked all the SMOs, MOs and health workers of different health units in Mokokchung district for their active participation during the recently concluded general election. He also thanked all the health workers of the district for the successful completion of IPPI.
Dy. CMO Mokokchung told all the health units to observe Swachata Se Siddhi Campaign from April 1 to 5 and to take the pledge as per GoI’s directions.
The BPM Tsurangkong presented a brief report of the meeting on HMIS held at Guwahati which they recently attended. Dr. Sholongba GDMO UPHC Mokokchung presented a quarterly report on the activities of UPHC Mokokchung.
The meeting was attended by CMO, deputy CMO, programme officers, SMOs & MOs, NHM & DAPCU staff.\\
