As part of golden jubilee celebration, Diphupar Naga Youth Organization (DNYO) undertook tree plantation on August 12, at Diphupar village council hall with the motto: “Progressive Youth” Estd.1967.
At the programme, Diphupar village council chairman, Lanutoshi and Dr. Lima Jamir as a convener, Golden Jubilee Planning Board spoke on the occasion.
Speakers also encouraged youth to take up tree plantation drive more extensively for preservation of environmental protection, and create awareness among the people for cleaner and safer environment.
They also thanked the DNYO for taking up the initiative and encouraged other organisations for similar actions
