Dimapur police informs

Dimapur Police has informed that it found one unattended ailing person near DMC Office, Dimapur and was shifted to District Hospital Dimapur for medical treatment, however the person succumbed to illness on August 9.  In a press note, Dimapur police stated the person was later identified as Ratan Gosh M/45yrs, s/o lt. Dinesh Gosh of Tinsukia, Assam.  However, despite communications, no one has claimed the dead body and the same is lying in the Morgue after completion of necessary formalities, it added.
In this regard, Dimapur police notified that as per laid down provisions, the dead body would be disposed following expiry of 72 hours. Therefore, claimants have been asked to contact Officer-in-Charge, Sub Urban Police Station, Dimapur.
