Mangkolemba SDPB meeting for the month of August was held at ADC conference hall on August 5 under the chairmanship of vice chairman SDPDB and ADC Mangkolemba, Imtiwapang Aier. According to DIPR report, the chairman welcomed the board members and encouraged them to share new ideas for the benefit of the people. The board welcomed new members, namely, Karipong Walling SDO I&FC Mangkolemba, Atula Sub-Treasury Officer and I. Sunup Changkiri, secretary, Falcon Club. The chairman thanked all the 19 resource persons who spoke on career guidance counseling workshop which was held on July 30 at Mangkolemba.
He also thanked the free will donors and appreciated the people who made the workshop successful. Myempo Walling, Border Magistrate gave a brief report on Maraini to Changki Highway taxes collected by various departments/organizations without challan or government order.
After reviewing the last minutes, the following agenda were discussed and recommended to the concerned authority. Construction of quarter for SDO I&FC, Mangkolemba, opening of bank at IRB Camp Yajang C, LADP proposal for 2016-2017 and registration of Longnak Entrepreneur Association.
With regards to the registration the ADC would be calling the association members and discuss the matter.
The programme for Independent Day was chalked out.
