CFCI-N with the intention of supporting senior citizens of Dimapur, conducted free health checkup, free medicine and also given a presentations on health awareness.
Various leaders including, president of UTCM & OC missionary Reverend Dr. P. Dozo, spoke on ‘Getting old well’, Dr. Loso Chalai MD-Med. Former governor’s physician spoke on the responsibility of the senior citizens, retired horti. director Dr. Y.Y. Kikon spoke on the topic “importance of dietary habits”. Beside, diabetes awareness was also highlighted by Fr. Matthew.
Dr. Wilson (Dentist Specialist) and Dr. Mhathung Ngulliu (Medicine) took the initiatives for free health Checkup and Bethesda Youth Welfare society help for testing diabetes.
MS Dimapur District hospital, conducted the programme by sending nurses while, Dimapur medicine pharmacy union donated the medicines. Earlier the devotion was led by Rev. Moses Murry.
