The president of the Government Democratic Republic of Nagaland (GDRN) Naga National Council (NNC) Non- Accordist (NA), M. KiumukamYimchungru, has strongly criticized the baseless allegation leveled upon him by the NNC parent body UT-1, which was published on May 31.
Kiumukam, demanded the NNC parent body UT-1, to furnish the detail of when the Yimchungru region had expelled him as alleged by the H. Sumi of V. Nagi group.

GDRN, NNC- NA has further appealed the Nagas to ponder over the activities of V. Nagi group who had always played dirty games with “ism and tribalism” among the Naga society and should be condemned by all right thinking citizen in order to bring positive changes among the various section of the society.
Kiumukam further reiterated that, his government always stood and strived for the cause of the Naga sovereignty and called upon the Nagas to maintain “peace and unity” so as to create a congenial peaceful atmosphere amongst the people and society at large.

The GDRN, NNC- NA has asked the NNC Nagi group to come out with positive attitude for the common good of the Naga people instead of “blaming and igniting” such unwanted activities among the Naga brethrens which created further disunity among the peoples and society.
