In a significant bureaucratic rejig, the state government has ordered the transfer and posting of several IAS/NCS/NSS and other officers with immediate effect.
A department of personnel & administrative reforms (P&AR) notification stated that Ramakrishnan, IAS, commissioner & secretary, H&FW, has been transferred as home commissioner.
Abhishek Singh, IAS, Home commissioner, P&AR and commissioner & secretary to chief minister, has been relieved of the charge of Home commissioner, but would hold additional charge of tourism department; Angau I Thou, IAS, commissioner & secretary, tourism has been transferred as commissioner and secretary, sericulture.
Kenilo Apon, NCS, secretary, sericulture, has been transferred as secretary transport department; Himato I Zhimomi, commissioner & secretary, economic & statistics, has been transferred as commissioner & secretary, H&FW; Menukhol John, principal secretary, school education and Ind & Com. has been relieved of the charge of ind & com.
Lithrongla G Chishi, IAS, commissioner & secretary, IPR has been transferred as commissioner & secretary, Ind & Com.
L Akato Sema, IAS, secretary, Agri has been transferred as secretary, IPR; Rovilatuo Mor, IAS, secretary, Home would hold additional charge of NSDMA; Temsunaro Aier, NCS, additional secretary vety & AH has been transferred as additional secretary Agri.
M Shayung Phom, NCS, jt. secy. planning & coordination has been transferred as jt. secy. vety & AH.; Akumla Chuba, NCS, jt. secy., PHED has been transferred jt. secy. F&CS.; Linda Solo, NCS, jt. secy., Forest has been transferred as jt. secy.
