State Level Science, Mathematics & Environment Exhibition (SLSMEE) for Children 2015-16 was conducted by the department of school education (DoSE) at RGHSS, Kohima on March 30 in collaboration with NCERT, New Delhi with the theme “science and mathematics for inclusive development”.
Additional director, DoSE Limawabang Aier informed in a release that Esther Longchar and Chubainla Jamir LFHSS, Kohima with the sub-theme ‘organic capsicum, spy relapse medicated spray and aeroplast blanket’ was adjudged at first position in the competition and Nitish Kumar Chaudry of Zakiesato Memorial HSS Dimapur with the sub-theme, ‘earthquake alarm’ at second position.
Additional director also informed that director DoSE Senthang, inaugurated the programme and co-ordinator of SLSMEE, NCERT, New Delhi R.R. Koireng was the guest of honour.
